We offer reconditioned stairlifts from established manufacturers, with the available brands and models changing according to current stock, your staircase and the features you require. Rather than assigning a particular brand automatically, we assess which reconditioned unit is suitable for your home and explain its condition, specification, warranty and expected performance before installation.

Our stock can include reconditioned models for straight and curved staircases, as well as options designed for different users and home layouts. The exact manufacturer is only one part of the decision. A stairlift must also fit the shape and width of your stairs, work safely with the available power supply, and provide the seating position and controls you can use comfortably.

When discussing a suitable brand or model, we consider:

• Whether the lift is designed for a straight, curved or other staircase configuration
• The condition and age of the main components
• The condition of the rail, motor, batteries, controls and safety systems
• Seat size, swivel or folding features, armrests and footrest design
• Whether the controls are suitable for the intended user

Every reconditioned stairlift should be checked and prepared before it is installed. Brand availability is particularly important for curved stairlifts because the rail is made or adapted to follow the staircase.
